What's the minimum order amount?
Minimum order for cigars $150 USD/$110 AUD.

Are all orders processed in USD?
Only international clients are charge the usd amount. Australian clients are charged in the Australian dollar amount listed as Australian residents are under law to pay duties and gst.

What's the minimum age for cigar purchases?
Minimum age requirements is 18 years of age for cigar purchases.

Is the shopping cart secure?
All payments are processed by DirectOne using 256-bit secure SSL.

I don't trust this newfangled internet thingamigig and need to speak to a REAL person, how do i do that?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in price unless orders are under the minimun required amount . All Australian orders are shipped via trackable courier or trackable express post. All our prices are inclusive of airmail shipping to North America and Courier shipping to Australia and the rest of the world.

Airmail is generally 7-14 working days dependent on the time of the year. We try in the main to send Airmail intact although we reserve the right to repackage large cabinet orders. Multiple box orders may be split and shipped two days apart. We will advise.

The shopping cart won't let me check out, how do i make a purchase?
To make a purchase create an account using the login box at the top left if the page.

I've created an account and can't remember my password, can you send me a new one?
If you can't remember your password click the Recover Password link in the Help menu. Simply drop email address into the form and we'll send an email containing your password.

I'm having trouble adding items to the cart, what's the deal?
You may be using an unsupported web browser.
OR you may have JavaScript or Cookies disabled in your browser. Consult the browser's help file for assistance.
OR you may have a firewall preventing access to the website. Consult the program's documentation for assistance.

I registered for the site but haven't receive my password by email, can you help?
If you haven't received your password, your email software or ISP has either blocked it as spam, or it's been placed in your junkmail folder.

Here's how -
Create a Safe List for incoming messages
To ensure that messages from specific e-mail addresses are not sent to your Junk E-Mail folder, you can add them to your Safe List.
Click Options.
On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
Click Safe List.
Type an address or domain (a domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign) from which you always want to receive messages, and then click Add.

AOL users
AOL has recently instigated a strict new policy of only allowing emails to AOL accounts from people on your email whitelist.
