By entering our cigar store you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and that you understand the contents of the store relate to tobacco products and accessories.
Minimum order for cigars is $150 USD.

WE ONLY SUPPLY FRIENDS OF HABANOS FORUM MEMBERS

You need to become a member of the forum prior to placing your order. I strongly recommend you get a feel for the forum, the people and the culture. We are very much a brotherhood of likeminded spirits who believe in a laugh, a fine wine, fellowship, fraternity, loyalty.

We do not tolerate Tossers and Wankers. If you are a whinging pain in the arse know it all who enjoys the sound of your own voice…..go join Cigar Aficionado. If your first e-mail to us has the following within it “ Do you sell genuine Habanos cigars?” do us both a favour and go and insult somebody else because as long as my arse points to the ground you will not be supplied by ourselves and you have no place on the Forum.

OK…you do not believe you either a “Tosser” or a Wanker”…congratulations, you will still need a referral from an existing Friends of Habanos member in order to place your first order. If you do not know anyone on the forum who will vouch for you, LIVECHAT with Lisa, spend some time on the forum…make a valued contribution and we will see our way through.

We reserve the right to supply who we want. Our biggest thrill is you getting great cigars. Use us as your hands, eyes and nose in the humidor. Talk to us when placing your order….ask us what is great. 90% of orders after the first are not placed through the shopping cart. Phone, e-mail or LIVECHAT us and we will give you immediate advice.

RETURNS and GUARANTEES

If you feel peeved for whatever reason LET US KNOW! We cannot fix what we do not know. :)

We inspect every order before shipping. We are particularly careful in relation to plugged cigars/boxes. If you get an unacceptable level of plugged cigars….let us know.

We cannot provide guarantees in relation to flavour. While Rob would love to smoke one cigar from every box ordered….it isn’t going to happen. We assess construction and aroma in the selection process. That is the best that can be done. Rest assured, we select cigars as if we are selecting for ourselves.
